At Jordan Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your quilting and sewing supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unwashed and uncut fabric or unopened kits within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, including original packaging for kits and precuts. Fabric that has been washed, cut, or exposed to smoke cannot be returned.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Carefully pack your items to prevent damage during transit and include a copy of your packing slip or a note with your RA number inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send your package using a trackable shipping method; once we receive and inspect the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
